The administrator will periodically request you to fill out attestations, which are documents that need to be reviewed, signed, and submitted. As a user of Glass, you will be alerted when there are attestations that need to be filled out. The most common types of attestations are:

  • Code of Ethics
  • Social Media Policy
  • Trading Policy
  • New Employee Onboarding


You will be alerted on your dashboard, and through the messaging portal when there are attestations to be submitted. 


If you have an attestation to submit, use the steps below to submit your attestation:

  1. Navigate to the dashboard through the left menu bar
  2.  Click on attestations are due in the needs your attention section on the top right
  3. The list of attestations due will be at the top of the screen.
    • Click to expand and see notes, or click sign to read, sign, and submit the form
  4. Carefully read the document that loads on the screen. When finished, look for the boxes that require action. The most common action items in this viewer are:
    • Signature
    • Date
    • Initials
  5. Click the green pencil icon in the top left corner of each box. You may be prompted with a box to draw your initials or signature on the screen
    1. Click the save button on the bottom right of each signature box to save it to the document
    2. If a date is found next to an initial or signature, it will fill in automatically with today's date
  6. When finished with the document, click save on the bottom left of the attestation screen
  7. You will be brought back to the attestation tab. If there are additional attestations to fill out, repeat the process outlined above
