Glass currently supports five disclosure types within the application:

  • Outside Business Activities
  • Gifts and Entertainment
  • Political Contributions
  • Account Statements

Glass also supports a category titled 'Other Disclosures' which can be used to support any disclosure type not listed. If your firm is regularly using other disclosures as a category, reach out to the support desk to have the Glass team add another labeled category.


To view currently configured disclosures:

  • Click settings on the left navigation pane
  • Click disclosures
  • The screen will display all currently configured disclosures, their reporting period, and due date


Each disclosure has a number of fields that can be marked as optional or required during a user submission. To learn more about configuring disclosures, click here.


Each configured disclosure is assigned to a reporting period, specified upon setup. This may be monthly, quarterly, or yearly. The frequency dictates how often users of Glass will be required to disclose information. When a disclosure is configured, the system will automatically generate user reminders and tasks for completion.
