To add a new attestation, follow these steps:

  • Click settings on the left navigation pane
  • Click attestations
  • Click the '+' sign on the bottom left of the screen to add a new attestation
  • Fill in the name, description, and use the file browser to attach a PDF. Click next
  • Scan through the document, and add signature boxes, initial boxes, or dates where applicable. When finished, click save.
  • Set the recurrence as monthly, quarterly, or annually. If there is no recurring period, select never/one-off.
  • Set the reminder frequency, which will govern the frequency users of Glass will get the reminder to sign and fill out the attestation. 
  • Select team members. The system defaults to all users of Glass, but gives the ability to assign a subset of team member.
    • If using the select team members function, drag the user's names from the left box to the right box while holding down the selection on the mouse
  • Select the box to automatically trigger the attestation if required
    • If this is a new attestation and you want the users of Glass to get a reminder now, click the box
    • If you are editing, or setting up attestations for the future and want them to get reminded at the end of the recurring period, leave the box blank
  • When finished, click create attestation
