When a user requests a pre-clearance, the administrators will be notified by a message in their trading channel. The admin can also see open items in the to-do section of the tasks page. 


To review a trade request from the dashboard:

  • Click the trade requests card in the pending column. If the card is not there, that means there is nothing to review.
  • The tasks page will have a list of items awaiting review, click on the trade request that you'd like to research.
  • A card will be displayed with all pertinent information about the trade. Review the request, and click approve or deny, and optionally enter a note. The user will receive a notification that the trade request has been reviewed and approved or denied.
  • To view the full list of messages in the trading channel, click the 'x' on the filter above the channel.
  • Messages are displayed in the order they are received. Any pre-clearance requiring review will be marked with an action required message in red text. 




To review a trade request from messages:

  • Click messages in the navigation pane on the left of the screen
  • Click on the trading channel

  • Click on a card requiring attention. The card will expand, displaying all pertinent information about the trade. Review the request, and click approve or deny, and optionally enter a note. The user will receive a notification that the trade request has been reviewed and approved or denied.
